1. Returns
- Eligibility for Return: We accept returns on unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be in the original packaging with all tags attached. Items that have been altered, washed, or used are not eligible for return.
2. Return Process

- Include your order number and the reason for return in your email. Once approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label.
- Please pack the item securely to avoid any damage during the return shipment.
3. Refunds
- Once we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
- The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
- If the item is returned in a condition that does not meet the return criteria (e.g., damaged or worn), a partial refund or store credit may be issued.
4. Exchanges
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or style, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
5. Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a defective , damaged item or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order. We will assist you in replacing the item or issuing a full refund.
6. Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of defective or incorrect items.
7. Late Returns
- Returns made after 7 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.
